Surface Preparation
The surface where Vibrant Block Jointing Mortar needs to be applied should be clean and free from dust, oil, grease, and any loose particles. The surface should be moist before applying Vibrant Block Jointing Mortar. On concrete slab, the level should be done by site-made sand-cement mix conventional mortar to get the desired level before laying blocks/bricks.
Mixing
Take 9-11 liters of clean water in a clean bucket, add one 40 kg bag of Vibrant Block Jointing Mortar. Stir continuously for 5-10 minutes by hand or using an electric mixer to obtain a homogeneous lump-free mix. Allow the mix to stand for about 5 minutes for additives to get dissolved. Re-mix again for about 2 minutes. The mixture is ready now. Use the mix within 60 minutes. For best results, use a notch trowel of 3 to 4 mm to have better bonding.

Vibrant Block Jointing Mortar is used for laying and jointing of AAC blocks, fly ash bricks, concrete blocks, etc.
Precaution
Vibrant Block Jointing Mortar contains eco-friendly filler and additives. Being sand and cement-based, it is alkaline and advisable to avoid direct eye contact. In case of eye contact, wash with clean water for 15 minutes and if required, seek medical help.
Packaging as Storage
Vibrant Block Jointing Mortar is available in 40 kg bags and has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture. It should be stored in a cool and dry place free from moisture and water.
