Surface Preparation
The Surface Should Be Clean And Free From Oil, Grease, Dust And Loose Particles. The Porous And Absorbent Surface To Be Moistened Before The Application Of Vibrant Ready Mix Plaster.
Mixing
Take 7-8 Liters Clean Water For 40 Kg Vibrant Ready Mix Plaster. Mix The Content For 4-5 Minutes With Hand Or Mechanical Mixer To Achieve A Good Consistency. Allow The Mix To Stand For 3-4 Minutes For Additives To Get Dissolve. Re - Mix Again For 2 Minutes, Mix Is Ready For Use.
Application
The Mix To Be Applied On The Surface By Using Trowel, Wooden Float Or By Spray Machine To Ensure Optimum Bonding Of The Plaster. It Is Recommended To Use Polymeric Bonding Solution On The Ceiling Rcc Surface Before Applying Plaster For Better Adhesion And Durability. Water Curing Should Be Done For 2-3 Times A Day For 7 Days Minimum.
Packaging As Storage
Vibrant Ready Mix Plaster Is Available In 40kg Bag And Has A Shelf Life Of 6 Months From The Date Of Manufacture. It Should Be Stored In Cool And Dry Place Free From Moisture And Water.
